Real Estate Broker (NJ)
Description
NJ Broker Course – 150 Hours
- 90 Hours General Broker
- 30 Hours Agency & Ethics
- 30 Hours Office Management
To become a broker in New Jersey you MUST complete the following:
- A high school education or equivalency
- Successfully complete the pre-licensing course (90-hour General Broker course)
- Successfully complete two 30-hour courses in Agency/Ethics and Office Management
- Have been continually licensed and employed on a full-time basis as a New Jersey real estate salesperson for the three years preceding application for licensure with no gaps in licensing history
- After completing coursework, Pass the broker license exam
