Easy to Use

Our brand-new platform was designed to allow you to take classes at your own pace, from any device with an internet connection. It’s simple, intuitive and easy to use. Classes are broken down into (approximately) 30-minute video-integrated segments to provide you with as much flexibility as possible. We know transitioning to on-demand is something new, but you’ll have the same great instructors you are used to, along with some new talent to keep things fresh!

Amazing Content

We’ve worked with top experts to produce content that is engaging and interactive. This isn’t a ‘read-the-words-on-the-page and slog through a difficult exam’ type of CE experience. We’ve created fresh, engaging videos of your favorite Subject Matter Experts talking about current issues & legislative updates so you can learn (and earn credits) on your own schedule. Our customer service team and dedicated instructors are here to support you every step of the way.

We make it easy and painless to complete your required Continuing Education (CE) classes so you can maintain your real estate license.

CE Credit Requirements & Deadlines

PA CE Deadline: May 31st, 2024

NJ CE Deadline: June 30, 2025

NJ Licensees: Per the NJ REC, all active NJ licensees (not Referral Agents) must complete 12 CE credits during every 2 year cycle (current cycle 7/1/23 – 6/30/25). Of the 12 required credits, at least 2 credits must be in Ethics, 1 in Fair Housing, at least 3 additional credits in Core topics, and the remaining 6 credits may be in Core or Elective topics. Our course package completely fulfills these requirements.

New Licensees initially licensed after 7/1/24 will not have to complete CE credits for the 6/30/25 renewal.

Referral Licensees do not need to complete CE in order to renew their license as a Referral Agent.

Referral & Inactive Licensees wishing to activate as a salesperson: Requirements for Referral & Inactive Licensees depend on the length of time you have been in referral or inactive. You must contact the NJ REC directly at 609-292-7272 with any further questions on reinstatement of referral licensing. Click on the links below for additional information.

Realtor® Board Members: If you are a member of a Realtor® Board, you are required to complete a 2.5 hour Code of Ethics class by 12/31/2024. Our Code of Ethics course has been designed to meet the National Association of Realtors® requirements for Code of Ethics Training. Many Boards do affirmatively respond to our request for confirmation of acceptance, but some do not. Check with your local board to confirm acceptance IF you do not see them listed above. We will provide you with a Course Completion Certificate for the COE Training. You should notify your Board when you complete the COE training requirement, and be prepared to provide a copy of the Course Completion Certificate to them upon request.
